The final product price shall be subject to the amount notified by our customer service.
Please note that customized products do not support return or refund for no reason.
Slight variations in texture, color, design, or dimensions (±2mm tolerance) and subtle artisanal traces are normal — they’re the unique marks of handcraft, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
These are not quality defects, so returns/refunds/exchanges aren’t accepted for such reasons. For severe damage or functional issues, we’ll resolve them per our after-sales policy.
